Community Guidelines

NiceToMeetYou.ai exists to spark intentional, respectful connections between small synergy groups. These guidelines keep every interaction—inside the app and at the table—aligned with that mission.

AI-assisted matching, venue partnerships, and lead oversight only work when everyone shows up with care. Violations may lead to warnings, strikes that affect your ability to book, account suspension, or removal. We escalate urgent situations to venue partners or law enforcement when required.

Before & During Events

  • Respect the lock-in: Once operations locks a table, your venue pick and booking preferences are visible to the group. Use the in-app chat for logistics and keep planning inclusive.
  • Stay on-platform: The group page keeps everyone in the loop with lead updates, venue info, and seat changes. Don’t move conversations to private channels without full consent.
  • Bring-a-friend invites: Only send invites to people who meet the booking requirements. Please do not bring extra people to an event. This action may get your account terminated.
  • Alcohol & substances: Pace yourself, follow venue rules, and never pressure someone to drink or share substances.

Attendance Expectations

  • Show up: If you claim a seat, be there. Two late cancellations or no-shows in a 90-day window may pause your ability to book.
  • Respect the schedule: The scheduling engine releases limited seat inventory. Cancel early so the matching flow can backfill your spot.
  • Arrive on time: Coordinate travel in advance. Communication with the Chat on booking ect BEFORE the event time is best and a great pre game get-to-know.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no activity for 24 months move to archival status. We’ll email you before removal so you can log back in, retain booking history, and keep working toward your Real-World Feedback Report.
